A resolution approving a contract between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Department of Health, for inspections and other services for hotels, food service, public swimming pools, bed and breakfast establishments, tattoo studios, body piercing and organized camps.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Metropolitan Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contract between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Department of Health, for inspections and other services for hotels, food service, public swimming pools, bed and breakfast establishments, tattoo studios, body piercing and organized camps, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, for a term from July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002, and in an amount not to exceed five hundred eighty four thousand dollars, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan County Mayor is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2 That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
