A resolution approving an Amendment No. 1 to the Grant Agreement from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, to the Metropolitan Government, by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, which amendment increases the grant for immunization services for children and adults and for the control of vaccine-preventable diseases to an amount not to exceed $389,000.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Section 1. That Amendment No. 1 to the Grant Agreement from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, providing immunization services for children and adults and for the control of vaccine-preventable diseases, to an amount not to exceed $389,000.00, which Amendment No. 1 is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
