A resolution approving a contract in the amount of $49,800.00 between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and The National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHHC) to fill the position of TennCare Shelter Enrollment Coordinator.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and The National Health Care for the Homeless Council for provision of a Metro Health Department employee to the NHHC to fill the position of TennCare Shelter Enrollment Coordinator in an amount not to exceed $49,800.00 and for a term commencing on July 1, 2001, and extending through June 30, 2002, which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said contract.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
