A resolution approving an amendment to the FEMA Disaster Grant contract entered into by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Military, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the May 2000 severe weather damage, adjusting the grant to an amount not to exceed $197,771.36.

Be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the amendment to the FEMA Disaster Grant heretofore entered into by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Military, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, for the May 2000 severe weather damage, adjusting the grant to an amount not to exceed $197,771.36, a copy of which amendment is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said contract.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
