RESOLUTION NO. RS2001-682

A resolution approving an Assessment, Care Coordination and Evaluation Grant by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, and the Metropolitan Government, Department of Health, for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services in an amount not to exceed $254,500.00.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Section 1: That the Assessment, Care Coordination and Evaluation Grant by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, in an amount not to exceed $254,500.00, and for a term beginning on July 1, 2001 and extending through June 30, 2002, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement.

Section 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
