A resolution approving a grant agreement by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 for the provision of dental services to the Downtown Clinic.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the grant agreement between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, for the provision of dental services at the Downtown Clinic in an amount not to exceed the sum of $75,000.00 and for a term beginning on July 1, 2001, and extending through June 30, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said grant.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
