A resolution approving a grant to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Primary Health Care, for health care for the homeless in the amount of $462,880.00.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That the grant to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Primary Health Care, providing health care for the homeless, in the amount of $462,880.00, and for a budget period of February 1, 2001 through October 31, 2001, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
