A resolution approving a contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and Meharry Medical School of Dentistry, for the provision of dental services to the Downtown Clinic.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and Meharry Medical School of Dentistry, for the provision of dental services at the Downtown Clinic in an amount of reimbursement by Metro to Meharry not to exceed the sum of $38,500.00 and for a term beginning on July 1, 2000 and extending through June 30, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and be made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
