RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-442

A resolution approving a contract for public health training to student nurses, with its attached addendum, between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Tennessee State University School of Nursing.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the contract for public health training to student nurses with its attached addendum, by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Tennessee State University School of Nursing, which agreement was approved by Resolution R97-777, to be at no cost to the parties, and for a term beginning July 1, 2000, and extending through June 30, 2005, which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
