RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-372

A resolution approving a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Vanderbilt University for public health training to Vanderbilt nursing students at no cost to the Metropolitan Government.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the renewal of a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Vanderbilt University, for public health training to Vanderbilt nursing students at no cost for the Metropolitan Government for a term beginning June 1, 2000, and ending December 31, 2000, which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said contract.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
