RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-370

A resolution approving a contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Belmont University School of Nursing for public health training to nursing students enrolled at Belmont at no cost to the Metropolitan Government.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the renewal of a contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Belmont University School of Nursing, for public health training to Belmont nursing students at no cost to the Metropolitan Government, and for a term beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2005, which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
