RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-344

A resolution approving a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, for the purchase of professional dental services at the Dental Clinic located at the Lentz Public Health Center, in an amount not to exceed $69,000.00, and for the term of July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, and renewable for four years.

Be It resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department and Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, for the purchase of professional dental services at the Dental Clinic located at the Lentz Public Health Center, in an amount not to exceed $69,000.00, and for the term of July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, and renewable for four years, which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
