RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-343

A resolution approving a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department and Dr. Cecily Mercadel-Williams, D.D.S., and Dr. Eric Williams, D.D.S., for the provision of dental services at the Dental Clinic located at the Woodbine Public Health Center, at no charge to the Health Department and with fees waived for up to five percent of the patients seen, for the term of September 25, 2000 through September 4, 2001, and renewable for four years.

Be It resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department and Dr. Cecily Mercadel-Williams, D.D.S., and Dr. Eric Williams, D.D.S., for the provision of dental services at the Dental Clinic located at the Woodbine Public Health Center, at no charge to the Health Department and with fees waived for up to five percent of the patients seen, for the term of September 25, 2000, through September 4, 2001, and renewable for four years, which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
