Resolution No. RS2000-283

A resolution approving a contract by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, and the Metropolitan Health Department of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the payment of $66,410.00 for the administration of a maximum of 1,626 Hepatitis B vaccines; 542 tuberculin skin tests; and 136 tuberculin chest x-rays to state employees of the Department of Children's Services.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Section 1. That the contract by and between the State of Tennesese, Department of Children's Services, and the Metropolitan Health Department of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, for the payment of $66,410.00 for the administration of a maximum of One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Six (1,626) Hepatitis B vaccines; Five Hundred Forty-Two (542) tuberculin skin tests; and One Hundred Thirty-Six (136) tuberculin chest x-rays to state employees of the Department of Children's Services, for a term commencing May 1, 2000 and ending on June 30, 2004, which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
