Resolution No. RS2000-282

A resolution approving an agreement by and between Stephanie B. Coursey Bailey, M.D., M.S.H.S.A., and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, in an amount of $155,000.00 per year for an employment contract whereby Dr. Bailey agrees to perform the duties of the Chief Medical Director of Health.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That an agreement by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and Dr. Stephanie B. Coursey Bailey, M.D., M.S.H.S.A., in an amount of $155,000.00 per year for employment of Dr. Bailey to perform the duties of the Chief Medical Director of Health, and for a term commencing on June 1, 2000, and extending through March 1, 2003, which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said contract.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
