RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-250

A resolution approving a contract by and between the United Way of Nashville and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, in an amount not to exceed to $294,100 for the lease of a mobile clinic to provide early childhood health screening.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That a contract by and between the United Way of Nashville and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, in an amount not to exceed to $294,100 for the lease of a mobile clinic to provide early childhood health screening, for a term commencing on April 1, 2000, and extending through March 31, 2001, which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
