RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-194

A resolution approving a contract for a grant in an amount not to exceed $75,000 from the State of Tennessee Department of Health to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health for the provision of primary dental care services at the downtown clinic for the homeless.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the contract for a grant in an amount not to exceed $75,000 from the State of Tennessee Department of Health to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health for the provision of primary dental care services at the downtown clinic for the homeless, with a term beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
