RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-191

A resolution approving an amendment to a grant contract for TennCare reverification between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and the Tennessee Department of Health increasing the grant amount by $263,400.00 for a total of $4,697,253.00 and making related changes to services and federal cost sharing.

Be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the amendment to a grant contract for TennCare reverification between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and the Tennessee Department of Health increasing the grant amount by $263,400.00 for a total of $4,697,253.00 and making related changes to services and federal cost sharing, a copy of which amendment is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
