RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-189

A resolution approving an amendment to a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Kids on the Block of Middle Tennessee for the provision of services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for children, initially approved by Resolution 99-60, increasing the total amount of the contract from $32,650.00 to an amount not to exceed $62,000.00, and amending other related sections to reflect federal regulations and federal cost sharing.

Be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the amendment to a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Kids on the Block of Middle Tennessee for the provision of services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for children, initially approved by Resolution 99-60, increasing the total amount of the contract from $32,650.00 to an amount not to exceed $62,000.00, and amending other related sections to reflect federal regulations and federal cost sharing, a copy of which amendment is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
