RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-188

A resolution approving an amendment to a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting through the Metropolitan Board of Health for air pollution control.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the amendment to the grant by and between the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting through the Metropolitan Board of Health, which increases the grant award amount by fourteen thousand two hundred eighty eight dollars ($14,288) for a total grant award of three hundred fifty thousand two hundred seventy one dollars ($350,271) for air pollution control, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan County Mayor is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
