RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-147

A resolution modifying the list of approved bill paying stations in accordance with Metropolitan Ordinance No. 88-613.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council shall approve all bill paying stations prior to the Director of the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services entering into agreements with local businesses; and

WHEREAS, Metropolitan Ordinance No. 88-613 authorizes subsequent modifications to the list of bill paying stations to be approved by resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the Metropolitan Council hereby approves the following local business to be added to the list of approved bill paying stations:

SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
