RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-139
A resolution amending the 1999-2000 to 2004-2005 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 099-1675) to add one Health Department project (Project No. OOHDO02 Energy Savings and Equipment Retrofit) and one Board of Education project (Project No. OOBE007 Information System-Equipment Upgrade).
Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1999-2000 to 2004-2005 Capital Improvements Budget to amend one Water Services project; and
Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 099-1675 (1999-2000 to 2004-2005 Capital Improvements Budget) be and the same is hereby amended by adding one Health Department project and one Board of Education project as follows:

Energy savings and equipment retrofit
Energy and water conservation; retrofit HVAC, lighting & plumbing

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
