RESOLUTION NO. RS2000-112
A resolution amending the 1999-2000 to 2004-2005 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 099-1675) to modify several Department of Water Services projects (Project No. 99WC0001 Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation; Project No. 98WG0011 Cane Ridge-Brentwood Water Service Improvements- Construct; Project No. 97WC0001 Cumberland 24" Water Main- Construct; and Project No. 98WG0010 Joelton Water Improvements- Construct).
Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1999-2000 to 2004-2005 Capital Improvements Budget to amend one Water Services project; and
Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 099-1675 (1999-2000 to 2004-2005 Capital Improvements Budget) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
By changing the source of funding for the following Water Services projects:
