SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION NO. SR99-1460

A substitute resolution amending the 1998-99 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 098-1219) to change information for one project (Bus - replacements Project No. 97BE012).

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1998-99 Capital Improvements Budget to change information for a board of education project regarding amount of funding; and

Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 098-1219 (1998-99 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

1. By changing information for a board of education project as follows:
