SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION NO. SR99-1459

A substitute resolution amending the 1998-99 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 098-1219) to add a new General Services project (Project No. 99GS005).

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1998-99 Capital Improvements Budget to revise a General Services project for the renovation and computerization of the Register of Deeds office; and

Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 098-1219 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1998-99 through 2003-2004) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

1. By adding a new general services project as follows:

I.D. No. 99GS005
Courthouse - Space Renovation and Computerization
Renovate Courthouse for the Register of Deeds Office & Computerize Office

Section 2. All resolutions or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.

Section 3. This substitute resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
