RESOLUTION NO. R99-1653

A resolution amending the 1999-2000 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 099-1675) to change information regarding the timing and source of funding for a Fire Department project.

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1999-2000 Capital Improvements Budget to change information regarding the timing and source of funding for a Fire Department project; and

Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 099-1675 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1999-2000 through 2004-2005) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
