RESOLUTION NO. R99-1652

A resolution amending the 1999-2000 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 099-1675) to add a new State Trial Court project.

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1999-2000 Capital Improvements Budget to add a new State Trial Court project; and

Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 099-1675 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1999-2000 through 2004-2005) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

1. By adding a new State Trial Court project as follows:

I.D. No. 99ST001
Residential Drug Treatment Facility for Criminal Court
Residential Drug Treatment Facility for Criminal Court- design and construct

$3,000,000

Proposed G.O. Bonds

FY 1999-2000

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
