RESOLUTION NO. R99-1629

A resolution approving a lease between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and United Way of Middle Tennessee who will use the clinic to provide early childhood health screening for an amount not to exceed $79,750.

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health own a mobile clinic; and

WHEREAS, United Way of Middle Tennessee desires to provide early childhood screening services in Davidson County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the Lease between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County through the Metropolitan Board of Health and United Way of Middle Tennessee for the lease of the mobile clinic for the use by United Way of Middle Tennessee, for early childhood health screening which Lease attached hereto and incorporated by reference, be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
