RESOLUTION NO. R99-1627

A resolution amending grant R98-1339, from the Environmental Protection Agency to the Metropolitan Government through the Board of Health, for air pollution control, by increasing the amount of the grant from $340,820.00 to $448,517.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the Grant from the Environmental Protection Agency to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by and through the Board of Health in the amount of $340,820.00 with a local match of $242,161.00, for a term commencing on November 1, 1998 and extending through October 30, 1999, approved by the Metropolitan Council in R98-1339, is amended by increasing the grant by $107,697.00 for a total grant of $448,517.00 and a local match of $296,840.00 a copy of which amendment is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
