RESOLUTION NO. R99-1584
A resolution appropriating funds from increased revenue source derived from the TennCare Transportation to the Metropolitan Department of Health.
Whereas, additional funds have been received during fiscal year FY 1998-99 due to increased revenue derived from TennCare Transportation; and
Whereas, said money is to be used by the Metropolitan Department of Health for the purchase of virus protection software and systems management software; and
Whereas, it is desirable to make an appropriation from this revenue to the departmental appropriation contained in FY 1998-99 operating budget so as to cover the required expenses.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That the following sum is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the General Services District to the account listed below which is in addition to those contained in the current operating budget:

Section 2. The above additional appropriation is to be funded from the following source:
