RESOLUTION NO. R99-1575
A resolution appropriating Forty-one Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-six Dollars ($41,356) from increased revenues from other governments in various funds to the departments of Public Works, Fire, and Water Services to repair damage from the July 1998 flooding.
Whereas, the Metropolitan Council desires to appropriate to certain accounts for the benefit of the Public Works, Fire, and Water Services Departments the amount of Forty-one Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-six Dollars ($41,356) from increased revenues from other governments in various funds for expenses related to the July 1998 flooding.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.
Section 1. That the following sum is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the General Services District to the account listed below which is in addition to those contained in the current operating budget:
