RESOLUTION NO. R99-1521

A resolution honoring Joseph Henry Schrott upon receiving the Eagle Scout Award.

WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout Award is one of the highest and most prestigious ranks that a Boy Scout can achieve; and

WHEREAS, Boy Scout Joseph Henry Schrott, a member of the Boy Scouts of America, will receive the coveted Eagle Scout Award at his Eagle Scout Court of Honor presentation ceremony on Sunday, April 25, 1999, at the River Plantation Clubhouse; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the Metropolitan Council honor Scout Joseph Henry Schrott for his outstanding accomplishments and upon receiving the rank of Eagle Scout.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the Metropolitan County Council hereby goes on record as honoring Joseph Henry Schrott upon receiving the Eagle Scout Award.

SECTION 2. The Metropolitan Council Staff is requested to prepare a certificate to be presented to Scout Joseph Henry Schrott.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
