RESOLUTION NO. R99-1517

A resolution approving a contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Board of Health and the State of Tennessee Department of Children’s Services for administration of 675 Hepatitis B vaccines to state employees.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Section 1. That the contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting through the Board of Health and the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, for the administration of Six Hundred Seventy-five (675) Hepatitis B vaccines to state employees, for a term commencing July 1, 1998 through June 30, 2000, in an amount not to exceed three thousand three hundred seventy-five dollars ($3,375.00), which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
