RESOLUTION NO. R99-1479
A resolution amending the 1998-1999 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 098-1219) to add one Department of Water Services project (Project No. 99WC0010 Water Infrastructure Rehab).
Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1998-1999 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget to add one Water Services project; and
Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 098-1219 (1998-99 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
By adding one Water Services project as follows:

| $1,415,000 | Operating Revenues (to repay state loan) | FY 1998-1999 |
| $4,500,000 | Operating Revenues (to repay state loan) | FY 1999-2000 |
| $8,000,000 | Operating Revenues (to repay state loan) | FY 2000-2001 |
| $8,000,000 | Operating Revenues (to repay state loan) | FY 2001-2002 |
| $8,000,000 | Operating Revenues (to repay state loan) | FY 2002-2003 |
Section 2. All resolutions or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this resolution are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, The welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
