RESOLUTION NO. R99-1478
A resolution amending the 1998-1999 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. 098-1219) to add three (3) new Parks and Recreation projects (Project No. 98PR209 Buena Vista Park - Improvements; Project No. 98PR210 Grassmere Environmental Remediation; Project No. 98PR211 West Park – Improvements) and amend information for two (2) Parks and Recreation Projects (Project No. 92PR012 Tennis Courts - Renovate; Project No. 98PR201 Greenways-Stones River Greenway Development Project) and one (1) Public Works project (Project No. 85PW043 Smith Springs Road- Construct).
Whereas, it is desirable to amend the 1998-1999 - 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget to add three (3) new Parks and Recreation projects and amend information for two (2) Parks and Recreation Projects and one (1) Public Works project; and
Whereas, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 098-1219 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1998-1999 through 2003-2004) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
By adding three (3) new Parks and Recreation projects as follows:
