RESOLUTION NO. R99-1469

A resolution amending R97-626 and R98-1022 by approval of Amendment No. 3 extending the term of the memorandum of agreement approved therein between the Metropolitan Government and Vanderbilt University for public health training for student nurses.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that:

Section 1: That Resolution Nos. R97-626 and R98-1022 be amended by approval of Amendment No. 3 to the contract approved therein by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Board of Health and Vanderbilt University acting by and through the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing for public health training for student nurses, which Amendment No. 3 extends the term of said contract through December 31, 1999, all other terms and conditions remaining the same; which Amendment No. 3 is attached and made a part of this resolution, be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
