RESOLUTION NO. R99-1401

 A resolution amending Resolution No.R98-1209 by approving Amendment No. 1 to the grant agreement for Family Planning Services between the Tennessee Department of Health and the Metropolitan Board of Health approved by that resolution.

 Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That Resolution No. 98-1209 be amended by approval of Amendment No. 1 to the grant agreement approved therein by and between the Tennessee Department of Health and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Board of Health for Family Planning Services, which amendment substitutes a new sliding fee scale but does not alter the compensation to the Metropolitan Government, which Amendment is incorporated herein, is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the amendment.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
