RESOLUTION NO. R99-1400

A resolution approving a contract by and between the Tennessee Department of Health and the Metropolitan Government acting by and through the Board of Health for inspection of organized camps.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contract by and between the Tennessee Department of Health and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health for inspection of organized camps to be funded by retention of ninety percent (90%) of the permit fees by the Metropolitan Government and for a term commencing on January 1, 1999 and extending through December 31, 2001, which contract is incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
