RESOLUTION NO. R98-1336

A resolution approving an amendment to R97-969 increasing the grant by $59,564.00 and increasing the local match by $8,094.00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the grant application submitted on behalf of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by the Metropolitan Board of Health and approved by R97-969 is amended by Amendment #1 increasing the grant amount by 59,564.00 to be matched by an additional $8,094.00 in local, already budgeted funds, for air pollution control, a copy of which amendment is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
