RESOLUTION NO. R98-1333

A resolution amending the 1998-99 to 2003-2004 Capital Improvements Budget (Ordinance No. O98-1219) to add a Metropolitan Action Commission project (Project No. 98AC001).

WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the 1998-99 Capital Improvements Budget to add a new project for the purchase of a building for the Head Start Parent Training Center; and

WHEREAS, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. O98-1219 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1998-99 through 2003-2004) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

By adding a new project as follow:

I.D. NO 98AC001

Purchase Building

Head Start Parent Training Center

$60,000 Federal Funds FY 1998-99

Section 2. All resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
