A resolution approving a grant for $ 1,505,000.00 from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, to the Metropolitan Government, through the Metropolitan Health Department to fund the WIC Nutrition Education Center at the Lentz Primary Care Center. 

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

SECTION 1. That the grant from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County through the Metropolitan Health Department to fund the existing WIC nutrition education center at the Lentz Primary Care Center, in an amount of $ 1,505,000.00, and for a term commencing on October 1, 1998, and extending through September 30, 1999, which grant is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is approved.

SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
