RESOLUTION NO. R98-1206
A RESOLUTION AMENDING R97-785 BY AMENDING THE GRANT IN AID IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,534 THEREIN FROM THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT THROUGH THE BOARD OF HEALTH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNSEL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. R97-785 be amended by approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Grant in Aid (No. Z-98-084202-00) approved by said resolution from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Board of Health, which Amendment No. 3 increases the total grant award by $25,534 and deletes paragraph B1, Exhibit A.2 and Grant In Aid Budget Exhibit B.1, replacing said exhibits with respective counterparts as reflected in Amendment No. 3, which is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, with all other terms and conditions remaining the same, said resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
