WHEREAS, applications for the Twenty-Third and Twenty-Fourth Years of the Community Development Block Grant Program have been approved by Ordinance Nos. 096-541 and 097-995; and

WHEREAS, the applications for the Twenty-Third and Twenty-Fourth Years included funds for improvements in the Hadleys Bend Target Area;

SECTION 1. That $40,000 of Community Development Block Grant Funds are hereby appropriated for architectural and construction services and other improvements in the Hadleys Bend Target Area.

SECTION 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
