RESOLUTION NO. R98-1168
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX DOLLARS ($94,956) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE URBAN SERVICES DISTRICT FOR ACCOUNT NO'S. 301-461.911 AND 301-461.912 TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR TORNADO-RELATED EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council desires to appropriate to Account No’s. 301-461.911 and 301-461.912 for the benefit of the Fire Department the amount of Ninety-four Thousand Dollars Nine Hundred Fifty-six ($94,956) from the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund of the Urban Services District for tornado-related expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Ninety-four Thousand Dollars Nine Hundred Fifty-six ($94,956) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund of the Urban Services District for tornado-related expenses incurred by the Fire Department as follows:

Account No. 301-461.912 $33,857
Total: $94,956
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
