RESOLUTION NO. R98-1156
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY, ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE METROPOLITAN BOARD OF HEALTH AND DORAL DENTAL SERVICES OF TENNESSEE, INC. RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF DENTAL SERVICES TO MEMBERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That the contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Doral Dental Services of Tennessee, Inc., for TennCare-covered dental services, for a term commencing on April 1, 1998 which shall remain in effect unless terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of the Resolution, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
