RESOLUTION NO. R98-1142
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE METROPOLITAN BOARD OF HEALTH AND SAINT THOMAS HEALTH SERVICES.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health own a mobile clinic; and
WHEREAS, Saint Thomas Health Services desires to provide medical services to underserved areas of Davidson County; and
WHEREAS, Saint Thomas Health Services agrees to accept responsibility for the use of the mobile clinic as outlined in the attached contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That the Lease between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Saint Thomas Health Services for the lease of the mobile clinic for the use of Saint Thomas Health Services, which Lease attached hereto and incorporated by reference, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
