A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1997-98 TO 2002-2003 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET (RESOLUTION NO. 097-791) TO CHANGE INFORMATION FOR SCHOOL PROJECTS.

WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the 1997-98 Capital Improvements Budget to change information for school projects regarding timing and amount of funding and project description; and

WHEREAS, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That RESOLUTION NO. 097-791 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1997-98 through 2002-2003) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
