A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1997-98 TO 2002-2003 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET (ORDINANCE NO. 097-791) TO CHANGE INFORMATION FOR A PARK AND RECREATION PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 96PR002).

WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the 1997-98 Capital Improvements Budget to change information for a Park and Recreation Project regarding capital improvements at Grassmere; and

WHEREAS, the favorable recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Commission are attached hereto.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 097-791 (the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 1997-98 through 2002-2003) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION 2. All resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
