A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE OASIS CENTER, INC. AND THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF HEALTH, TO PROVIDE NETWORK LIAISON SERVICES FOR HOMELESS YOUTH FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Oasis Center, Inc. for the provision of network liaison services for homeless youth at a cost not to exceed Five Thousand dollars ($5000), and for a term beginning on October 1, 1996, and extending through September 30, 1997, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is hereby authorized to executed said agreement.

SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
