A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TO U-DO-IT CONCRETE FOR A CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT TO BE LOCATED AT 3040 BRANDAU ROAD.

WHEREAS, U-Do-It Concrete has made an application to the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals to locate as a conditional use a concrete batching plant at 3040 Brandau Road, which property is zoned IR District; and

WHEREAS, Section 17.124.390 of the Metropolitan Code provides, among other things, that a permit issued for this purpose shall not be effective until approved by resolution of the Metropolitan County Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. The Metropolitan County Council hereby approves the issuance of a conditional use permit by the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals to U-Do-It Concrete for a concrete batching plant to be located at 3040 Brandau Road.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
